How to create a fuller lip

To create a fuller lip – take a leaf out of the Duchess of Sussex’s book – use a natural coloured lip pencil and line (this is the important bit!) the MIDDLE third a pencil width below your natural lip line; don’t line the outer thirds, just the middle. You can do this on your upper lip also. Then fill in your lip with a soft lip colour. I like to use @kryolanofficial lip pencil in ‘Nude’ or @makeupatelierparisofficial lip pencil in 01, paired with lipstick ‘Hug Me’ by @maccosmeticsaustralia is a fail safe combination!
