Under Eye Bags - what you didn’t know!!

Under eye bags 😝 Whilst makeup can take the darkness out of them, what most people don’t realise is how much the lighting you’re standing in affects whether you have noticeable bags or not 😳 (Bags are something as a Makeup Artist I can’t erase). If you want to look 100 years old and exhausted, stand directly under a down light 🙈 I would never (ever!) install these in my house; when you have light falling on your face from above your head - it casts shadows in all the most unflattering places on your face: under your eyes, around your mouth, it can make your nose look much bigger and generally you look much older. This is the reason why we love ring lights so much - literally a ring of light that is directed onto the face from the front of you, blasting out any shadows, giving you the most youthful appearance. If only I could walk around with one of these in front of me at all times 😂.
