How to make eye colour pop!

Eye makeup colours: Mimicking the actual colours in the iris (coloured part) of the eye is something I love to do.

Here you can see by picking out the greens and the golds how much it kicks up her natural eye colour.

This colour technique works particularly well if you’re wearing a neutral tone outfit – also for bridal; the only caution I take is if my client is wearing very colourful clothing, then it can be too much introducing even more colours through the makeup (overloading the onlookers eye!!). 

My other rule when doing this is to keep the lip a soft nude colour, this keeps the emphasis on the eyes!
