How to get rid of eye bags with makeup

WHAT TO DO WITH EYE BAGS:

For those of us with bags under our eyes (I'm talking about the puffiness, not the dark circle) - and you've got the time to get a little technical with your makeup - here is a great little trick:

Over the actual puffy part (see diagram), apply a darker shade of concealer (as a rule of thumb, one to two shades darker than your normal foundation color).

Then in the crease where the 'bag' joins to your face, apply a lighter concealer, just in the crease. This lightens the darkness caused by the crease (giving the illusion of coming forward and the crease not looking so deep). And the darker color concealer over the bag itself, gives the illusion of pushing the bag back and giving a 'flatter' more even appearance. As with all makeup, make sure you blend really well.

To keep it all in place and maintain your magic little trick - powder it with a finely milled powder (my favourite is Kryolan TL1) and all will be well!
